Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Russell's Western Wear, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots or apparel don't fit just right, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original branded boxes and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
